There is no separate child rate. Children are charged exactly as the airline and the hotel charge for them, passed through at cost, with nothing added on our side. The visa fee is the same for a child as for an adult. Only the flight and the hotel differ, and those follow each carrier's and each hotel's own rules on infants, sharing a bed and extra beds. Tell us the children's ages when you ask for a quote and the written breakdown will show exactly what each one adds.

Private. All road transport is by private car on every package, Economy included: airport transfers, the journey between Makkah and Madinah, and the ziyarat. It is not a shared coach on any tier.

Flights, meals beyond those listed, vaccination costs, personal shopping, and optional ziyarat outside the listed itinerary. Every package page lists inclusions explicitly, if it is not on the list, assume it is not included and ask.

Booking is in two parts: 20% to 30% of the tour amount confirms the seat, and the balance of 70% to 80% is due before departure on a date we put in writing. What a cancellation costs depends on which formalities have already been completed. Before anything has been filed there is little to recover, so little is lost. Once the visa has been filed, the ticket issued or the hotel confirmed, that money has already left this office and the airline and the hotel do not refund us either. Tell us where your booking stands and we will give you the actual figure in writing, with the airline and hotel charges itemised.

30 kg per person in total, split as two bags of 15 kg each rather than one bag of 30 kg. The allowance is per head, not per family, and a single heavy bag gets refused or charged at the counter even when the family total is under the limit. On the way back to India you may carry 5 litres of Zamzam free.

Mangalore, Bangalore, Mumbai and Dubai. Mangalore is the home departure and the closest to the office; Mumbai usually has the widest choice of carriers and the shortest routings; Dubai is there for families working in the Gulf who would rather fly across than fly home first. You join the group at the airport in whichever city you choose. Tell us where you live and we will compare all four for your dates.

Yes, from twelve to two hundred people. Group bookings get a single coordinator, a shared rooming list you control, a dedicated coach, and a pre-departure briefing session at your masjid or online.

We assist with both, and pre-book Rawdah where the booking window allows it. Neither is fully within any operator's control, slots are released by Nusuk on a rolling basis and demand routinely exceeds supply. Any operator promising guaranteed Rawdah access is not being straight with you.
